Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in Ukraine

Location: Ukraine; remote or hybrid work conditions.

What you will do

• Develop and implement the bank’s risk strategy and comprehensive risk management framework.
• Identify, assess, monitor, and control credit, market, operational, liquidity, and other risks.
• Establish and develop the Enterprise Risk Management framework, including policies, procedures, and methodologies.
• Define, approve, and monitor risk appetite and key risk indicators.
• Oversee stress testing, ICAAP, ILAAP, and participation in the Recovery and Capital Action Plan.
• Prepare regulatory reports, support business decisions, lead the risk function, and cooperate with Internal Audit and Compliance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of risk management experience in the banking sector.
• Strong knowledge of National Bank of Ukraine requirements.
• Hands-on experience implementing ICAAP, ILAAP, and RCAAP.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Fluent English required; CVs must be submitted in English.
