Finance Traineeship

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine; hybrid model with three days per week in the Kyiv office and two days remotely.

Gross monthly salary: 58,750 UAH during the six-month traineeship.

What you will do

• Provide finance leadership and business-partner support for business decisions and external interactions.
• Analyze business and market data to identify insights and provide financial expertise.
• Own significant projects from the first day of the program.
• Transform and streamline local and regional operations.
• Collaborate with sales, production engineering, and diverse organizational teams.

Requirements

• Be a third-, fourth-, or fifth-year student from any faculty, or a recent graduate interested in finance.
• Proficient English and Ukrainian.
• Strong leadership and strategic analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work across diverse teams and organizations.
• Effective time-management skills and the ability to achieve ambitious goals.
