What you will do

• Manage manual and automated creation of betting markets in compliance with local regulations.
• Monitor event start/closing times and feed quality in real-time to ensure optimal data speed.
• Handle market settlements and resolve operational conflicts or escalations such as voided bets.
• Collaborate with Control & Compliance teams to ensure market integrity.
• Build live scheduling rotations to maintain 24/7 coverage across the sporting calendar.
• Document key processes and guidelines to ensure team consistency.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Previous operational experience within the sports betting industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under strict deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• Flexibility to work a variable shift pattern including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
