What you will do

• Manage and update product listings, pricing, and attributes
• Support seller onboarding and verify product data quality
• Collaborate with customer support to resolve listing-related issues
• Work with the product team to improve catalog processes and automation
• Track key marketplace KPIs (availability, data accuracy, delivery SLAs)

Requirements

• 1–3 years experience in operations, e-commerce, or data-related roles
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and an eye for detail
• Comfortable with data entry, process documentation, and tools like Notion or Airtable
• Fluent in English and confident communicating with external partners
• Bonus: prior experience in marketplace or online retail
