Trader Specialist (iGaming)

What you will do

• Monitor changing sports betting markets and respond to market movements.
• Track risk and liabilities in line with company trading policies.
• Evaluate company risk for each competition and monitor customer betting patterns.
• Follow up on market settlements and maintain trading tools to a high standard.
• Develop and document new IT feature requests.
• Monitor competitor markets and products, ensuring accurate and timely product offerings, and report trading activity to the Head of Trading and senior management.

Requirements

• Availability for shifts from 09:00–17:00 or 17:00–01:00 and two weekends per month.
• Previous experience in a similar role within an online sportsbook is a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational and management skills, with excellent attention to detail and quality focus.
• Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation abilities and experience with databases and data analysis tools.
• Ability to react quickly and work flexibly in a fast-changing, high-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, knowledge of the betting industry, and interest in technology and digital tools.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in investment analysis, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Passion for sports or experience in the betting industry.
