PeopleTools Specialist (PeopleSoft)

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 annually

What you will do

• Install, configure, administer, and support PeopleSoft environments.
• Perform PeopleTools upgrades, PUM image applications, patching, refreshes, clones, and migrations.
• Administer WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, Integration Broker, and application servers.
• Manage Elasticsearch/OpenSearch integrations for PeopleSoft and support PeopleSoft Cloud Manager.
• Execute high-availability and disaster-recovery activities, monitor performance, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Develop automation with Shell, Python, or Ansible, maintain technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of PeopleSoft PeopleTools administration experience and hands-on experience with PeopleTools upgrades and PUM.
• Strong knowledge of WebLogic, Tuxedo, Oracle Database, and Linux/Unix.
• Experience with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch and PeopleSoft Cloud Manager.
• Strong scripting, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; the role is open to U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, EAD Holders, and H-1B transfer candidates. New H-1B visa petitions cannot be sponsored.

Nice to have

• PeopleSoft certifications.
• Experience with OCI, AWS, or Azure.
• Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD, and PeopleSoft Selective Adoption.
