What you will do
- Lead high-impact events from strategy through execution.
- Align event programs with business objectives and improve performance and return on investment.
- Coordinate marketing, product, creative, and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive event experiences.
- Manage event budgets, vendor partnerships, and resource planning.
- Use data, attendee feedback, and industry trends to improve the event portfolio.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in event planning, trade show management, or a related field.
- Experience owning events with 200–500+ attendees and managing multiple mid-to-large-scale events simultaneously.
- Expertise in vendor negotiation, budget management, stakeholder engagement, communication, collaboration, and customer service.
- Experience with Cvent, Wrike, Monday.com, or similar event or project management platforms.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation.
- Experience measuring and presenting attendance, lead generation, and ROI metrics.
- Experience mentoring event coordinators or developing less experienced team members.
