Manager, Global Events (Cybersecurity)

Location: Irving, Texas, United States; extensive travel across North America and internationally is required when needed.

What you will do

• Plan and execute major industry trade shows and conferences across North America, including booth builds, sponsorships, speaking opportunities, customer programmes, hospitality, branding, technology, staffing, and logistics.
• Manage event delivery from planning and budgeting through execution, measurement, and post-event analysis.
• Lead Tier 1 internal and external events such as executive events, customer events, partner programmes, leadership meetings, employee experiences, and strategic corporate events.
• Coordinate marketing, sales, communications, product marketing, customer success, technical, channel, analyst relations, leadership, partners, customers, agencies, and suppliers.
• Manage event budgets, contracts, timelines, purchase orders, vendors, agencies, project plans, run-of-show documents, and operational checklists.
• Track attendance, engagement, meetings, pipeline influence, customer participation, and ROI; produce reports and recommendations to optimize future events.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional events experience, ideally in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud, or B2B.
• Proven experience managing large-scale trade shows and industry conferences such as Black Hat, RSA Conference, AWS re:Invent, NVIDIA GTC, or comparable events.
• Strong end-to-end event management, project management, organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, agencies, contracts, timelines, and multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Ability to work with senior executives, customers, partners, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced global environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
