Digital Graphic Artist (GIS)

What you will do

• Create tailored graphics, visuals, wall charts, and PowerPoint presentations for Air Force intelligence planning, operations, and aircrew training.
• Provide GIS support to the 9AF (AFCENT) Intelligence Directorate and supported units.
• Develop products for general officers, CAOC and 9AF staff, and unit reviews.
• Use analytic exchanges and training opportunities to vet products and maintain intelligence tradecraft.
• Coordinate with national, international, service intelligence centers, combatant commands, air components, and wing intelligence teams.
• Maintain relevant intelligence and operations community access, including required ACCM and SAP access.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI security clearance and access to ACCM and Special Access Programs information.
• Bachelor’s degree or six years of DoD experience.
• Four years of comparable experience.
• Expert experience creating graphic arts and providing GIS support.
• Experience with print graphics, including plotters.
• Experience with image-editing software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or other Adobe Suite products.

Nice to have

• Formal intelligence analysis and advanced analytic training.
• Knowledge of the USCENTCOM area of responsibility, political and military threats, violent extremist and terrorist organizations, intelligence analysis, and TTPs.
• Unit-level experience working with aircrew.
