Global Physical Security Intelligence Specialist

Location: In-office in New York, United States; approximately 35% travel to hirify.global locations is required.

Salary: $102,000–$141,000 annual, adjusted depending on work location.

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, deployment, and operation of physical security technology across offices and data centers.
• Deploy and remediate access control and CCTV equipment with vendor support, including Verkada cameras and access sensors.
• Assist with investigations and respond to physical security incidents with the People’s Team and SIRT.
• Establish, implement, and automate global physical security standards, policies, processes, metrics, and reporting.
• Coordinate facility and personnel safety practices and strengthen partner standard operating procedures.
• Support physical security controls and internal and external audits related to FedRAMP, ISO 27001, and SOC 2.

Requirements

• Experience managing a local physical security program, event security practices, and physical security controls.
• Strong understanding of integrating and deploying access control and CCTV systems at scale, including networking and systems engineering.
• Ability to assess physical security risk, drive mitigation, manage investigations, and coordinate with law enforcement and government agencies.
• Understanding of network security for physical security technology and of access control for logical system access.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects, formulate strategy, execute tactically, and communicate risk plans to executive leadership.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones, travel to hirify.global locations, and work in the New York office.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with Verkada Command and deploying Verkada cameras and access sensors.
• Experience conducting site walkthroughs of data centers, corporate offices, and executive residences.
