What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact for HR and administrative questions from employees and external partners.
- Maintain the London office, coordinate upgrades, supplies, deliveries, cleaning, security, and emergency support.
- Plan and facilitate employee events, happy hours, birthdays, holidays, team activities, and other employee experience initiatives.
- Complete employee administration, including monthly onboarding and explaining company policies.
- Process bills and invoices and support supplier agreements and related negotiations.
Requirements
- Experience in HR administration, office administration, employee experience, or a related role.
- Experience delivering employee welfare activities and events from start to finish.
- Experience working in an IT environment.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, time-management, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- High level of written and spoken English required.
