What you will do
- Own and manage marketing-led website content in the CMS.
- Create, publish, and optimize landing pages, campaign content, and customer journeys.
- Lead content governance and improve website publishing and maintenance practices.
- Use customer insight, analytics, and testing to improve content performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, and Product to deliver user-centered website experiences.
Requirements
- Experience managing website content through a CMS.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills, including simplifying complex information.
- Knowledge of UX writing, information architecture, and conversion-focused content practices.
- Experience using data, customer insight, and experimentation to improve digital experiences.
- Strong stakeholder management, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
