Site Finance Lead (FMCG)

Location: Burnley, United Kingdom; hybrid work with 3 days per week on site and 2 days from home, plus periodic visits to other sites.

Salary: £80,000–£100,000 per annum plus additional benefits.

Recruitment is being handled for an FMCG organisation seeking commercial finance leadership for its site operations.

What you will do

• Provide accurate financial reporting across several sites.
• Analyse distribution and labour costs and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and stock reporting activities.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and present financial information to non-finance personnel.
• Lead internal and external audits and support strategic initiatives.
• Manage and develop a small finance team and contribute to ad hoc projects.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
• Previous experience in a commercially focused finance role.
• Experience developing strong relationships across a business.
• Ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance personnel.
• Experience managing and developing a finance team.

• Background in manufacturing or logistics.
