Corporate and I-Banking Cash Management Analyst

Location: United States of America. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without employer sponsorship.

Base pay range: $110,000–$135,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Support the development and enhancement of domestic, cross-border, liquidity, account service, and digital payment solutions.
• Contribute to product strategy, roadmap planning, new product initiatives, and go-to-market execution.
• Translate client requirements into scalable and marketable product features.
• Support Sales and Coverage teams with product positioning, pricing, and customized complex solution structuring.
• Maintain product policies, procedures, approval materials, and governance frameworks with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations.
• Monitor product performance, risk indicators, regulatory changes, and sales performance while guiding teams on non-standard cash management structures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in payments, cash management, liquidity products, or related banking product management.
• Knowledge of ACH, wires, RTP, cross-border payments, cash concentration, pooling, notional pooling, treasury services, and digital banking platforms.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle and strong analytical and financial skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, create strategic product plans, and collaborate with and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written, and executive-level communication skills with a strong sense of ownership.
