What you will do

• Manage the firm's balance sheet and execute funding strategies to minimize costs in a risk-conscious manner.
• Oversee the global deposit raising strategy and lead end-to-end management of the deposit sweep portfolio.
• Collaborate with business lines including Marcus, Private Bank, and Transaction Banking on pricing and product launches.
• Conduct research on global interest rate markets, the competitor environment, and the regulatory landscape.
• Develop scenario analysis frameworks to inform liability risk management, focusing on maturity and market sensitivity.
• Communicate key deposit risks and trends to senior leadership, boards, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant professional experience in treasury or finance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to present high-level conclusions to senior management.
• Demonstrated risk management mindset and ability to exercise sound judgment in dynamic conditions.
• Experience managing large datasets and identifying trends using business intelligence tools such as Tableau.
• Functional understanding of Bank balance sheets and financial institution liquidity metrics.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for producing polished executive materials.
