Principal Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

Location: Singapore Office; hybrid working mode

What you will do

• Support the sales organization with technical expertise on hirify.global solutions and related technologies.
• Present hirify.global product strategy, positioning, value propositions, and solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
• Design solutions, deliver technical presentations and demonstrations, and develop proof-of-concepts through in-person and virtual formats.
• Assess opportunity viability, map customer organizations, and identify and engage technical decision-makers.
• Drive the sales process with the Account Manager and provide customer support throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Collaborate with internal technical and sales teams while sharing expertise and best practices.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of related industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of hirify.global solutions and experience with relevant competitor offerings.
• Expertise in secure multi-cloud architectures and experience with at least two public or private cloud vendors and automation toolsets.
• Experience with containerized and microservices architectures, including container orchestration solutions such as OpenShift or Kubernetes.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience leading initiatives.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in multiple programming languages, such as Python, JavaScript, or Golang.
• Understanding of application security vulnerabilities, threats, controls, and web application firewalls.
• Experience joining, leading, or organizing meetups representing hirify.global.
• Prior mentorship experience.
