What you will do

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, resolving complex network security and performance incidents.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving DDoS mitigation, firewall rules, SSL/TLS, and BGP routing.
• Advise customers on filtering malicious traffic using tools like Magic Transit, WAF, and rate limiting.
• Utilize generative AI and automation to streamline log analysis and accelerate root-cause identification.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive product improvements based on real-world customer use cases.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Network Security Engineer or Technical Support Engineer.
• Strong understanding of network protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S, and BGP.
• Proven experience with packet capture analysis, GRE tunnels, and anycast routing concepts.
• Competence in scripting with Bash, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience in web hosting environments (Apache, Nginx, Caddy, IIS) and database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Must be based in Singapore and comfortable with a hybrid work environment.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GCFA, or GCFE.
• Experience with command-line tools like curl, dig, traceroute, and openssl.
