Working Student - Client Portfolio Manager Team (Finance)

What you will do

• Support Fixed Income client portfolio management through reporting, investment and client data analysis, and preparation of client-facing materials.
• Enhance and automate reporting and presentation processes to improve efficiency and deliverable quality.
• Transform and analyze investment, fund, and client data into clear insights.
• Coordinate recurring initiatives, including the monthly Harvest Product call and stakeholder engagement.
• Support client servicing and business development, including information requests, fund materials, and RFP submissions.
• Analyze client engagement in Salesforce and prepare materials for management and client discussions.

Requirements

• Current university or FH student in economics or a finance-related discipline.
• Experience in data management and/or controlling, with an interest in asset management.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Graphic skills for improving product presentations and familiarity with AI tools and techniques for efficiency improvements.
• Fluent English and German required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Bloomberg.
• Programming or scripting skills in VBA or Matlab.
• Italian, Spanish, and/or French language skills.
