Account Payable Officer (40-50%)

What you will do

• Process accounts payable, including recording invoices, preparing payments, and applying payments.
• Verify invoice approvals and ensure accurate, timely processing in line with company policies.
• Reconcile accounts payable accounts and corporate credit card transactions, resolving discrepancies.
• Collaborate with internal departments on invoice-related issues and support month-end closing.
• Monitor and analyze overhead expenditures, prepare ad-hoc reports, and maintain accounting documentation and control evidence.
• Support apprentices and perform general accounting and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• CFC or equivalent diploma in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in a bank.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Fluent French and English, both oral and written, are mandatory.
• Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Ivalua software.
