Test Analyst

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid work 2–3 times per week

What you will do

• Manage test cases using Octane.
• Track defects in Jira and maintain documentation and reporting in Confluence.
• Use SQL and API testing to validate data flows and backend integrations.
• Lead test analysts and manage project committees.
• Report Go/No-Go decisions to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Test Analyst or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with Octane, Jira, and Confluence.
• Proficiency in SQL and API testing.
• Experience leading test analysts, managing project committees, and reporting Go/No-Go decisions.
• English at B2/C1 level and French at B2/C1 level.
• Based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit.
