Corporate Operations Manager (Compliance)

What you will do

• Build and scale the compliance layer to support hirify.global's growth across new markets and products.
• Redesign manual and disconnected processes into automated, self-serve solutions.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to keep regulated work fast and compliant.
• Measure the impact of shipped solutions to ensure they improve efficiency for both the Corporate team and internal stakeholders.
• Own projects end-to-end, from user research and planning to continuous improvement after launch.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work from France, Belgium, or Spain.
• Professional proficiency in both French and English.
• Experience in turning manual, repetitive work into automated or self-serve solutions using no-code, low-code, or AI tools.
• Strong builder mindset with the ability to move fast, prioritize ruthlessly, and test iteratively.
• Ability to understand regulated complexity and approach it with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset.
