I am looking for an experienced Country Manager / Regional Business Development Manager to lead business development across Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, China or the Philippines.
We are looking for senior professionals with:
2+ years at Country Manager / Regional Manager / Country Head / Head of BD level
Strong FX/CFD, brokerage, fintech or financial services background
Proven ownership of a specific country or regional market
Strong existing network of IBs, affiliates, partners and clients
Experience building and managing a local team
Ideally, an existing team of 2–3+ experienced professionals who can join and support market expansion
This is not a standard BDM or individual contributor role. We need someone who can independently own a market, build the business and drive commercial growth.
