Pricing & Market Access Senior Manager (AU/CH)

Location: Zug, Switzerland; focused 80% on Switzerland and 20% on Austria. The role is hybrid-eligible with remote work permitted up to two days per week, or on-site five days per week with ad hoc flexibility.

What you will do

• Shape market access strategy for Sickle Cell Disease, Transfusion-Dependent Thalassemia, Cystic Fibrosis, and pipeline therapies.
• Lead pricing and reimbursement projects, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and project schedules.
• Develop reimbursement submissions and responses, adapting global value dossiers and economic models to country-specific requirements.
• Define payer evidence requirements, pricing models, reimbursement flows, and access negotiation strategies.
• Coordinate with Medical, Government Affairs, International Pricing & Market Access, HEOR, and RWE teams.
• Secure inpatient and outpatient access, including hospital-level coverage and local evidence generation initiatives.

Requirements

• Hands-on pharmaceutical market access experience in Switzerland is required; Austria experience is desirable.
• Current understanding of payer environments, reimbursement decision-making, pricing, and contracting strategies in Switzerland and Austria.
• Experience developing or adapting global economic models and reimbursement dossiers.
• Strong analytical, project coordination, communication, presentation, and independent working skills.
• Relevant degree and the ability to work across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in German and English is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy and rare diseases.
• French language skills.
• Market access experience in Austria.
