Project Manager (Real Estate)

What you will do

• Lead the full process for new and existing incorporation projects in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and progress tracking.
• Work with legal advisors, government agencies, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
• Monitor risks and issues, prepare updates and reports, and provide guidance to project team members.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in incorporation or legal services.
• Understanding of corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with strategic planning, resource management, risk assessment, and managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software, including Jira.
• Fluent Russian and English at B1–B2 level required.
