Project Manager Manager (Smart Buildings)

Location: Paphos, Cyprus; onsite work including site visits and technical meetings.

What you will do

• Support project planning and coordination across all project stages.
• Assist with communication between contractors, suppliers, internal teams, engineers, and project managers.
• Prepare and maintain basic project documentation.
• Track tasks, timelines, and project progress using digital tools.
• Participate in site visits and technical meetings.

Requirements

• Technical education or background in engineering, electrical engineering, IT, or automation is preferred.
• Strong interest in engineering projects and smart buildings.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Confident spoken and written English.
• Experience with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar CAD software.

Nice to have

• Internship or junior experience in construction or engineering.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Basic understanding of low-voltage or IT systems.
• Additional languages such as Russian or Greek.
