Project Manager (Low-Voltage & Smart Building Systems) (CCTV, access control, BMS and building automation): Managing low-voltage and smart building projects from planning and procurement through installation, commissioning and handover with an accent on technical coordination, site supervision and project control. Focus on coordinating clients, contractors, suppliers and engineering teams, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring installation quality and complete project documentation.
Location: Paphos, Cyprus; significant working time on project sites and travel when required

What you will do
- Manage projects across planning, procurement, installation, commissioning and final handover.
- Coordinate clients, engineers, contractors, suppliers and installation teams.
- Manage schedules, budgets, resources, project changes, risks and deadlines.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, estimates and project documentation.
- Monitor equipment procurement and deliveries, and oversee installation progress and quality on project sites.
- Coordinate functional testing, complete handover documentation and provide project status updates to management.
Requirements
- Experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer or Lead Engineer in low-voltage or related engineering systems.
- Independent project management experience with direct client interaction.
- Understanding of the full engineering and construction lifecycle, including design, procurement, delivery, installation, commissioning, acceptance and handover.
- Ability to read technical drawings and documentation, and understand the relationship between technical solutions, scope, timelines and costs.
- Experience coordinating technical teams, contractors and suppliers, identifying and resolving technical or operational issues on site.
- Good English required for professional communication and technical documentation; regular project-site work and travel required.
Nice to have
- Experience with CCTV, access control, structured cabling, AV, BMS, KNX or building automation systems.
