Planning Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Baguio City, Philippines; the posting also lists Remote, while the work schedule is onsite.

What you will do

• Manage and supervise the Planning Department and participate in complex planning activities.
• Set planning goals and metrics aligned with site objectives and cascade them to the team.
• Implement and improve material pull systems, shop-floor scheduling, inventory reduction, and WIP counting.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Warehouse, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to deliver strategic improvements.
• Maintain data accuracy in the hirify.global Business System and support the transition to an Enterprise Resource Planning system.
• Manage inter-plant ordering, outside special processes, budget administration, planner performance, capability building, and MBS training for new hires.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Business or a technical field.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in Planning, Materials Management, or Supply Chain.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Material Requirements Planning systems and material and capacity planning methodologies.
• Knowledge of self-development, stable performance under pressure, and position-related technical and professional skills.
• Ability to develop talent, empower teams, and build strategic working relationships.
• Lean leadership, systemic thinking, effective communication, strong quality ownership, financial awareness, and customer focus.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration.
• Operations experience.
