Onsite Support Engineer

Location: Onsite in Dublin, Ireland

Salary: €100–€110 per day

What you will do

• Manage and triage IT tickets, resolving or escalating issues as required.
• Provide hands-on support for Windows desktops, hardware, accounts, and applications.
• Prepare and deploy IT hardware and roll out new software.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT team.
• Assist with IT projects and implementation of new technologies.
• Follow IT governance policies and SOPs while supporting the user community and wider IT team.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an IT service delivery or support environment.
• Strong Microsoft Windows desktop support experience.
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative team-oriented approach and willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.
• Availability to work onsite in Dublin, Ireland.
