Strategic Project Buyer

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania

Salary: €2,700–€3,000 gross per month, depending on experience and competencies.

What you will do

• Purchase materials, parts, supplies, and services according to established policies and procedures.
• Analyse supplier quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through supplier reviews and pricing analysis.
• Manage pricing revisions, order cancellations, delivery date changes, and invoice discrepancies.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations and confirm delivery schedules.
• Execute purchasing activities accurately and efficiently to support business continuity.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in a similar purchasing or procurement role.
• Mandatory experience in a production company, ideally with exposure to R&D-related activities.
• Experience working in large multinational companies.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Automotive industry experience.
• Project management experience.
• SAP knowledge.
• Italian language skills.
