Cloud Engineering Intern (AI)

Location: Remote, with hybrid options in Toronto

Compensation: $32 per hour; 520 hours total, completed over 3 months full-time or 6 months part-time

What you will do

• Assist with designing and implementing cloud infrastructure and services.
• Deploy and manage resources across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Monitor and optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost efficiency.
• Document cloud architecture and operational procedures.
• Stay current with emerging cloud, DevOps, and MLOps practices.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Master's program in Computer Science, Cloud Computing, or a related field; Master's enrollment or completion is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing and DevOps, with some understanding of MLOps.
• Experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Experience with Kubernetes orchestration and Terraform scripting.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and interest in a startup environment.
