Senior ESG & Environmental Specialist (Gaming)

Location: In-office, full-time in Warsaw, Poland

Estimated pay range: 14,500–19,900 PLN gross monthly

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate ESG and environmental data reporting across the Group, ensuring data quality and timely delivery.
• Prepare ESG disclosures in collaboration with the Management Board, subject-matter leaders, and data owners.
• Calculate and report the Group’s carbon footprint across the full value chain.
• Monitor ESG and environmental regulations, including CSRD, the EU Taxonomy, PPWR, and ESPR, and recommend compliance actions.
• Coordinate EU Taxonomy alignment and reporting, contribute to ESG targets and decarbonization planning, and manage relationships with ESG rating agencies and proxy advisors.
• Deliver ESG education, monitor sustainability market trends, and maintain the Sustainability section of the company website.

Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience in ESG, ESG data reporting, and/or environmental management.
• Strong knowledge of ESG and environmental topics, relevant market standards, and their applicability to the business model.
• Ability to work independently with a strong sense of ownership and high work ethic.
• Adaptability to changing regulatory and market conditions, with the ability to identify related opportunities.
• Fluent Polish and English, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience in the technology sector or interest in the video game industry.
• Practical experience calculating carbon footprints across Scopes 1, 2, and 3.
• Experience with environmental management systems such as ISO 14001 or EMAS.
