Senior Project Manager (Imaging and Cardiac)

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of clinical trials within the Medical Imaging and Cardiac Safety Solutions team.
• Serve as the primary customer contact from project startup through close-out, managing meetings, reporting, presentations, and communications.
• Develop project plans and timelines, coordinate internal and external kick-off meetings, and ensure on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, site management, reader management, data queries, and resolution of study issues.
• Manage revenue forecasting, invoicing, budgets, contracts, and change requests.
• Maintain project documentation, tracking reports, meeting records, SOP compliance, and regulatory requirements; identify and mitigate project risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Life Sciences or a similar field, or equivalent education and work experience.
• At least five years of experience in a customer-focused role.
• At least one year of project management experience in the clinical trial industry is preferred.
• Advanced English fluency and previous professional work in English as the primary language are required.
• Ability to travel independently for investigator, customer, and business development meetings; travel may be required up to 20% of the time.
• Imaging or cardiac experience is preferred but not required.
