What you will do

• Respond to user inquiries in writing according to established communication standards.
• Process internal system signals and perform proactive support activities.
• Collect and analyze user-support statistics to identify insights and improvement opportunities.
• Improve the internal knowledge base and user documentation.
• Participate in support and product department meetings.
• Collaborate directly with product, design, legal, and analytics specialists.

Requirements

• Passion for helping people and providing high-quality service.
• Excellent command of English and Russian.
• Ability to independently find answers using available documentation.
• Previous support service or written communication experience is beneficial.
