Lube Technician / Mechanic I – Fleet & Equipment

What you will do

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on light-duty pickup trucks, fleet vehicles, trailers, and construction equipment.
• Complete oil and filter changes, lubrication, fluid checks, tire inspections, battery checks, and other basic services.
• Assist with servicing skid steers, lifts, excavators, loaders, and other construction equipment.
• Conduct basic inspections, identify mechanical issues, and communicate required repairs to senior mechanics.
• Assist experienced mechanics with repairs and troubleshooting while maintaining accurate service records.
• Keep work areas, tools, vehicles, and equipment clean and organized, following safety procedures and manufacturer requirements.

Requirements

• Basic mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform preventative maintenance using common hand tools.
• Ability to identify basic mechanical issues and communicate problems clearly.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and willingness to develop mechanical skills.
• Work may involve extreme temperatures, confined spaces, limited visibility, noise above 85 decibels, intense odors, and manufacturing, pipeline, or refining environments.
