Automotive Lube Technician (Automotive)

Location: 12701 Maumelle Boulevard, Maumelle, Arkansas, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday, 7:30am–5:30pm

What you will do

• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, comprehensive vehicle checks, and other maintenance and repair services.
• Work in priority service bays alongside the Lead Priority Service Technician.
• Troubleshoot guest vehicle concerns and communicate vehicle conditions to the service department.
• Complete accurate digital vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance reports.
• Follow safety, cleanliness, organization, hazardous waste disposal, and OSHA requirements.
• Support housekeeping and other shop operations as needed.

Requirements

• Current driver's license with no DUI or reckless-driving infractions.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to lift or move more than 50 pounds occasionally and work with vehicles raised overhead or in tight spaces.
• Manual dexterity for hand tools, ability to stand or walk most of the workday, and ability to maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles and efficiently use a computer.

Nice to have

• Experience in quick-lane service at a dealership or fast-lube shop.
• Mechanical work, electrical troubleshooting, or lube and tire technician experience.
