What you will do

• Perform maintenance and repair services, including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and suspension alignments.
• Conduct state-mandated vehicle emissions and safety inspections.
• Troubleshoot vehicle concerns and communicate damage or malfunctions to the service department.
• Complete accurate courtesy vehicle inspections and preventive maintenance reports.
• Follow federal, state, and local service regulations, including hazardous-waste disposal and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards.

Requirements

• Current driver's license required.
• Entry-level position; a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift or move more than 50 pounds occasionally and work in tight spaces or under raised vehicles.
• Dexterity with hand tools, ability to drive manual-transmission vehicles, and willingness to stand or walk for most of the workday.
• Ability to maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment and use a computer efficiently.
