What you will do

• Develop and support AI-powered enterprise applications and solutions.
• Build and optimize applications based on LLMs, RAG, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Improve AI response quality, retrieval accuracy, and knowledge-base performance.
• Analyze, cleanse, and validate data using Python and SQL.
• Integrate AI services with enterprise applications and APIs.
• Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production AI solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or a related field.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience with Azure AI/ML services, preferably Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
• Understanding of MLOps and production AI environments, including deployment and monitoring.
• English at B2 level or higher; remote work from Kazakhstan.

• Experience in enterprise, industrial, oil and gas, or energy environments.
