Flex Videographer (Video Production)

What you will do

• Set up daily video sets, including cameras, audio, lighting, and fixtures, according to program framing guidelines.
• Ensure proper lighting and focus for videos and b-roll while managing audio during filming.
• Partner with the Associate Producer to guide talent and coach salespeople and stylists in creating engaging content.
• Back up footage after each shift and upload it for post-production.
• Maintain video and audio equipment, communicate repair or replacement needs, and assist with product preparation and shipping.
• Support crew training or onboarding when needed.

Requirements

• Five years of audio and video production experience.
• Three years of experience working in the fashion industry.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal communication, interpersonal skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to think on your feet.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds of video equipment and props.
• An associate or bachelor's degree focused on audio and video production is preferred.
