Commercial Services Videographer/Editor

Location: In-office position in Sacramento, California, at 4655 Fruitridge Road (Tribune-KTXL).

Salary: Starts at $27.50 per hour for qualified candidates.

What you will do

• Script, shoot, and edit client commercials and lifestyle show segments for multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with sales, producers, clients, show hosts, and the Creative Services Hub to develop commercial content.
• Produce video elements for Studio40 Live and fill in for the show producer when needed.
• Coordinate schedules and logistics to meet sales department deadlines.
• Maintain and safely operate camera equipment and company vehicles.
• Work with Master Control to upload broadcast content and communicate with remote team members.

Requirements

• Three years of experience in broadcasting, video production, storyboarding, or a related field preferred.
• Ability to shoot and edit raw video to tell stories creatively and visually.
• Strong organization, deadline management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to respond positively to feedback and maintain a professional image.
• Ability to lift, set up, and operate equipment weighing up to 40 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Ability to work in the office and on location as required.
