Test Specialist

What you will do

• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, scripts, and reusable functional and business test scenarios.
• Conduct functional, non-functional, performance, and automated testing for complex software applications.
• Collaborate with project managers, development teams, clients, and other stakeholders to identify defects and manage risks and issues.
• Analyse test results, document findings, investigate deficiencies, and provide reports to stakeholders.
• Assess and maintain test environment readiness, baselines, and related support processes.
• Contribute to testing best practices, SDLC compliance, and continuous improvement of Test Management processes, including the use of AI.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a similar field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry, particularly in testing.
• In-depth knowledge of testing concepts and methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required, including client service and presentation abilities.
• Working knowledge of QC/ALM, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, teamwork, client-orientation, and stress-management skills.
