Location: Zurich, Switzerland (hybrid); remote work is available as part of the working arrangement, with regular business travel required.

What you will do
- Lead test automation teams and take technical responsibility for client projects.
- Design and build test automation architectures.
- Create tailored test automation concepts for client requirements.
- Evaluate tools and select suitable test automation solutions.
- Lead sub-projects and perform project management activities.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in software testing, ideally with automated test implementation.
- Advanced skills in at least four test automation tools, such as TOSCA, Selenium, SoapUI, Ranorex, or similar.
- Programming experience with Java, C#, C++, Groovy Script, or comparable technologies.
- Domain knowledge in banking and/or insurance.
- Business-fluent German at C1 level required.
- ISTQB certification and readiness for regular business travel required.
