Project Management Specialist (AI)

Location: Remote, with hybrid options in Toronto or Chicago

Compensation: $32 per hour

What you will do

• Assist with developing and implementing project management frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
• Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of AI-driven projects.
• Create and maintain project schedules, status reports, risk assessments, and other documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives.
• Analyze project data and provide insights to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a mandatory Master's program in project management, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify risks and opportunities.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar project management tools.
• Proficient English communication, both verbal and written, is required.
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
