Project Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Remote in Germany; Düsseldorf or Dortmund area preferred.

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects for hirify.global products and services from sale closure through handoff to customer support.
• Define project scope, objectives, business outcomes, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track customer requirements and translate requests into project deliverables.
• Coordinate communication among customers and sales, marketing, functional, technology, and support teams.
• Manage priorities, resources, workflows, timelines, quality expectations, and multiple projects.
• Identify and communicate opportunities for organizational and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in a client-facing role and experience in project management.
• Fluent German and English required.
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, set priorities, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• Project management experience in the retail supply chain ecosystem.
• Experience with technology-based service organizations, retailers, suppliers, distributors, or 3PLs.
• Experience leading teams without direct authority and optimizing and scaling operational processes.
