Senior Product Manager (AI/ML Discovery)

Location: Hybrid in Seattle, Washington

Salary: $142,000–$220,500 annual

What you will do

• Define and drive the roadmap for AI/ML-powered search, browsing, navigation, and product discovery experiences.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data Science, UX Research, Analytics, and Merchandising to build customer-focused discovery products.
• Analyze shopper intent and behavior and translate insights into product improvements.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests to guide portfolio investment and measure AI-driven experiences.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements for AI/ML discovery features.
• Own launch planning, UAT, change management, backlog management, agile ceremonies, release planning, and post-launch validation.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience with demonstrated progression in scope and impact.
• Experience leading AI/ML products such as search, recommendations, or other AI/ML-powered consumer products at scale.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML product development and the ability to partner credibly with engineers and data scientists.
• Strong experimentation and analytics skills for product decision-making.
• Ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at senior levels and lead through ambiguity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Math, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
