FMS Manpower Manager

What you will do

• Support planning, organization, assessment, and analysis of Air Force F-16 FMS program and project activities.
• Manage FMS manpower modifications and amendments for F-16 production aircraft.
• Analyze manpower needs based on Letters of Request and Letters of Offer and Acceptance, and monitor position extensions, expirations, and country concurrence.
• Track funding for FMS manpower positions and support LOA budget development, financial tracking, deliverables, and line management.
• Prepare manpower data, P&A data, LOA data, and budgetary ROM estimates for new FMS programs and follow-on support cases.
• Coordinate with Air Force centers, U.S. and foreign stakeholders, and government representatives; support meetings, foreign travel, audits, and program reviews.

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and up to three years of experience in the relevant technical or professional discipline, or five years of directly related experience with appropriate certifications.
• At least three years of FMS project management experience.
• Ability to analyze manpower data, funding, projections, policies, directives, and program requirements.
• Availability for CONUS and OCONUS travel supporting F-16 program activities.
