Cybersecurity SME – Lead (Cyber Tools)

Location: Remote; DOD Secret Clearance required

Salary: $135,000–$156,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead cybersecurity tools, engineering initiatives, and emerging technology efforts.
• Evaluate, recommend, implement, and integrate tools that improve cybersecurity operations.
• Research emerging threats, attack techniques, vulnerabilities, and defensive technologies.
• Conduct technical threat, vulnerability, and cybersecurity risk assessments.
• Prepare white papers, engineering analyses, risk assessments, and recommendations for Government leadership.
• Develop automation and enterprise cybersecurity reporting solutions using Power BI, Splunk, and Microsoft Sentinel.

Requirements

• DOD Secret Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• DOD 8570.01 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level III certification required.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools, engineering methodologies, and technical integration.
• Ability to support Operational Technology cybersecurity initiatives.
• Ability to mentor Cybersecurity Engineers and other technical staff.
