Staff Product Manager, Marketing Pro (AI)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $179,900–$269,900 USD annually in Zone 1 (CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA); $168,200–$252,200 USD annually in Zone 2 (all other US locations).

What you will do

• Own product outcomes across email, SMS, automated campaigns, attribution, reporting, onboarding, and activation.
• Shape product strategy, competitive perspectives, investment priorities, and the product roadmap.
• Define and monitor adoption, activation, engagement, and attributed revenue metrics.
• Lead beta programs and phased rollouts, using customer feedback and performance data to guide decisions.
• Work directly with users and partner with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and support.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI in product workflows and develop differentiated product experiences.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience with hands-on martech experience across multiple domains.
• Experience building and launching products in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and design throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ability to define metrics, analyze data independently, and make decisions with incomplete evidence.
• Practical fluency with AI tools for research, analysis, writing, and prototyping.
• Must be based in the United States.
