Program Manager (Oncology)

What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex global oncology programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including project managers, technical leads, and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage program plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and communicate program status to stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements and best practices to improve program efficiency, quality, and outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive program management experience with a track record of delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience in MSP and expert knowledge of project management tools are required.
• Global senior clinical project management or program management experience in oncology is required.
• Strong leadership, team management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with risk management, budgeting, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication.

Nice to have

• PMP or equivalent certification.
