What you will do

• Lead or support end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expense Management, and Tax.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders, define processes, and design functional solutions.
• Configure Oracle Fusion Financials applications for business and compliance requirements.
• Prepare BRDs, MD50s, test scripts, solution designs, and training materials.
• Support third-party integrations, reports, data migration, functional testing, UAT, issue resolution, and production deployments.
• Analyze Oracle Cloud releases, troubleshoot functional issues, and provide post-implementation support and user training.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Fusion Financials modules and full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of financial accounting, month-end processes, and statutory compliance.
• Expertise in Chart of Accounts design, Subledger Accounting, period close activities, and financial reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio.
• Good knowledge of FBDI templates, ADFDI, data migration, and scalable troubleshooting.
• Strong documentation, communication, and client-facing skills.

Nice to have

• Oracle Cloud Financials certification.
• Experience with multi-currency, multi-GAAP, or multi-ledger environments.
• Experience working with global teams and Agile methodologies.
