Senior SAP SD Business Specialist (SAP)

Location: Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila, Philippines; willing to work in Mandala Park, Mandaluyong City. Hybrid work is supported through a work-from-home privilege.

What you will do

• Manage the setup and implementation of the hirify.global solution within SAP systems.
• Lead project teams and workstreams from initiation through go-live, ensuring delivery to plan and within budget.
• Act as a primary point of contact for SAP customers and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Gather and analyze business and functional specifications.
• Install, configure, and optimize the SAP hirify.global add-on and related solutions with third-party provider support.
• Design system testing, support UAT, troubleshoot implementation issues, and manage transitions between development, test, and production environments.

Requirements

• Strong SAP SD/LE experience and the ability to configure standard SAP SD.
• In-depth understanding of Pick, Pack, and Ship and Order to Cash processes.
• Previous experience in a project implementation role.
• At least 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s or college degree, ideally in a computer-related field.
• Willingness to work in Mandala Park, Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
